By mistake I reserved the room in expedia minutes before getting to the hotel, didn't nocitice that the check in was for 3pm instead of the time I got there anyways I stayed at the hotel and had to pay for the room again and asked staff if they could refund me the amount and I was told no. even thoug I had just paid for the room right in there I asked the staff why was that not possible and was just told that it was hotel policy

No hot water in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was blocked. Even though its the middle of winter, the ac was on and set at 62. Overall cleanliness was missing. Even though room was booked for 2 additional kids, had to call down for sheets and pillows, then i had to make the bed myself. Staff was great.

The staff were excellent. The front desk agent was super helpful and accommodating when my room wasn’t on par. I liked the bar and rye size of the rooms. However, my initial room was still being painted and outlets installed which was crazy. My new room was better, but bathroom was still not as clean as it should be. Also, there was limited street parking available, but a deck nearby
