This charming historic home had everything we hoped for and more. The location was ideal, and the décor especially the collection of antique clocks added so much personality.The sofa, beds, and furniture were all very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We especially loved the cozy fireplace and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind & we would absolutely stay again!

My sister and I had an amazing stay at the University House in Newberg when we visited for my niece’s wedding. There was ample space for the two of us and our adult daughters. The house is decorated beautifully, and Leigh has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is ideal for a stroll downtown for coffee or shopping or a nature walk through George Fox. The house is steeped in history and felt like home. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a property. This is beautiful house with all of the amenities we could have wanted. The location in Newberg is accessible and nearby to grocery stores and restaurants. Lovely home, great location.

I'd be happy to stay here again. Loved the beautiful furnishings, very comfortable and the bonus of a spa made our ladies get away extra special. Close to town, but away from noisy streets. The University just across the street provides numerous walking paths through some beautiful landscape.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home while attending our 40th high school reunion with three lifelong friends. The location was perfect — a very walkable distance into town, which made it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area had to offer. Communication with our host, Leigh, was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which made our visit even more enjoyable.The house itself was full of charm and had plenty of space for all four of us to spread out and relax. We especially appreciated the ample and safe parking. The outdoor seating area was lovely and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus after our busy day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
