Flat #4: This Studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, a supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower-tub combo, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.

Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful, historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk — there is a steep flight of stairs you’ll need to climb to reach your unit, and there is no elevator in the building. We recommend bringing in luggage carefully and taking your time on the stairs.
