The team were very accommodating when we realised the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment we booked was on the top floor and then an additional set of stairs to get up to the apartment. My mum had recent knee surgery and found it difficult to get up the set of stairs. When we spoke to the team at reception they were more than happy ro accomodate and move us to the ground floor which was much better for my mum. The apartment was clean, spacious and came with all the things like shampoo, conditioner and body wash which smelt amazing!! Would definitely recommend and will be back

The good * Easy Check-in/Check-out * Polite and professional Front Desk/Service staff * Well renovated and maintained heritage property which gives it an old world charm * Convenient location Work-ons * Bathroom had cracked/fatigued tiles * House keeper did not clean/wipe surfaces and make the bed (which is expected from a premium property) * Parking is on the expensive side ($30 a night)
