Staff are great, both the breakfast service and dinner service were above what I would expect. They are always looking to help, they are very polite and easy to talk to. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and made the process of booking in very easy, answered any questions and needs we had, which is very nice. Room is very relaxed, a lot of really nice lighting choices. The bathroom is big and very modern and clean, mirror is a standout in that respect, very good. They provide a kettle, tea, coffee and decaf. And ironing board, iron, hairdryer and place for your suit. They have a TV with lots of channels, one for movies being broadcast at the time. They had bedside tables, a table for eating, and a desk for sitting at. The room has double locks, a rotating lock and a 'deadbolt' it just operates a bit differently than a normal one. Places to hang up coats. They come in to clean daily and you can have towels changed when you wish. Elevators are quick and nice. Overall very impressed.

Excellent hotel impeccably clean. Nice and quiet. Good fitness suite. Amazing staff on reception who went out of their way to help all the guests. Restaurant staff at dinner were less enthusiastic about their work and service could have been better. There is a little market with confectionary, a few travel essential like toiletries wouldn’t go amiss here. One of the best places Ive stayed recently

Nice modern hotel

The hotel was very nice. However there were two faults. 1. Having paid for the hotel on booking, it seems petty to charge £3 for the car park. Especially when the car park is large and parking is not at a premium. 2. The WiFi was not great and very difficult to access. WiFi is a basic nowadays, just as much as hot water is.

Excellent service AGAIN!!!

These guys just get better and better…Well done Miranda, Marcin, Maria, the two James, Stef, the wonderful check in staff (sorry I can’t remember all your names), the kitchen staff (thank you for the excellent vegan food!), the cleaning staff. All wonderful!!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Superb

Superb stay from start to finish. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and met expectations. Staff were friendly and chatty. I ordered sandwiches for lunch to take away and whilst it was ok, the container the sandwiches were put into didn’t keep it fresh and the bread was stale by the time it was ate. I’d be happy to stay again.

Great property , convenient to Keele University. Nice to have a Starbucks on site. The restaurant was good , we had a lovely dinner . The breakfast buffet was just okay. It would be convenient to travelers to have coin laundry available.
