Disliked: Room comfort

Poor rules and communication!

Very poor communication! you have to deposit some money for parking (which they will return) if the card is returned. This wasn’t told in the advertisement. Also I didn’t realise I was supposed to have displayed a parking ticket? which was hidden alongside the welcome pack under bags & pans in a drawer, therefore it’s likely I will get a fine!!! - I found as I was leaving! At the start I had to find a shop (10mins away) to get the key for the apartment! (with deadlines) Poorly advertised! I was stressed! making sure I did everything correctly so I don’t get charged! and also you must clean the bath otherwise your fined. I won’t return to this place!
