This modern 2-bedroom house with 4 beds offers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, that is a great choice for contractors and professionals. Relax and unwind in the living room with a Smart TV and Netflix. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Our house is homely and welcoming with free on-street parking. Located in Gateshead, 2 miles from Ncle and close to transport.

Guests must be over 25 and ID, a security deposit and signed T&Cs are all required before staying.

The property has 2 bedrooms, all fitted with open clothes rails.

The first bedroom has two single beds, a Wall-mounted wardrobe with hangers, perfect for storage, and a blackout blind at the window.

The second bedroom features one single bed, a double bed and an open clothes rail with hangers. A blackout blind and a bedside table with a lamp.

The Living Room has sofa, a coffee table, side tables and a Smart TV with Netflix.

The modern Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator.

Downstairs toilet and sink which is next to the kitchen.

The property has its own dining space. Kitchen is fully kitted with an induction hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, Microwave, kettle and a toaster are also available. All necessary kitchen equipment is provided, such as utensils, cutlery and cookware. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Towels are provided for your stay.

* All guests must pay a damage deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.

* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy and pay a damage deposit in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.

Entire ground flat with on-street parking.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.
