We stayed in the Collingwood Suite and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was upstairs as you enter the suite, with the bedroom down the stairs. Stairs lit by small lights, very nice touch. The towels and robes were comfortable. For being a city centre hotel, it was very quiet, we heard no traffic through the night and the bed was cosy and comfortable.
The only negative was that the tea and coffee making facilities are hidden in a cupboard, i initially thought there was no milk as it was hidden in a fridge in a different cupboard, i think this whole set up could be better. Also I dont think the floor had been cleaned properly, there were bits of other peoples rubbish under the dressing table that had missed the bin, there was a straw from a drink on the floor beside the fridge unit, I think that more effort could have been put into ensuring that the room was cleaned to a high standard.
Overall for the price we paid, it was a comfortable night and we would probably stay again.
