The hotel is close to local transport links and has a nice clean reception and corridor areas, the rooms are a bit worn, however the staff do make up for this and offer a very good level of service whilst your in the Hotel. A good hotel for a short stay when you're in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Very dated rooms, very drafty windows (109) especially the bathroom as the window does not close fully and blows open. Shower curtain in bathroom was damp on arrival and the bathroom blind was mouldy. Very noisy fans throughout night.

Room was great , however bed was very sunken in the middle. Only issue was we were above the reception room of a wedding taking place , luckily we were out most of the evening but it was very loud in our room. Additionally we were close to car park and could hear cars going over ramps repeatedly. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.
