Really lovely stay. The staff were really welcoming and informative. The room was lovely, even the sofa bed was comfortable. I would recommend and stay again. Extras I didn't expect like tea and coffee facilities in lobby, shop and a new years social event really added to the welcoming feel. Thank you!
Really enjoyer our 2 night break with our dog. Nice little touches in the room, dog biscuits and a water bowl The parking is a bit expensive but it is secure. Lovely buffet breakfast
Lovely suites, clean and comfortable. Great shower. Plentiful breakfast and so nice to have free hot drinks downstairs, day or night, nice ones too! Ideal place to take a dog too as it's only a 10 minute walk from a park or 5 mins down to the quayside. Excellent staff so we will be back.
The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything you could want. The kitchen was just the right size. We didn't use the kitchen but if we had stayed longer I'm sure we would have made more use of it. The bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. (A weak shower can ruin a stay.) The bed felt quite soft but was oh so comfy. I have trouble sleeping away from home but I had no problems in Newcastle. The room was also quiet. When we get back to Newcastle we will definitely stay here again.
