Great place. Will stay again.

Central location with ample parking. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Check in was easy. Room was apportioned beautifully and extremely well equipped. Toiletries were lovely. Bed was comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. As there is a fridge in the room I’d prefer to see small, recycle able cartons of milk rather than single use sachets of milk.

Excellent Hotel, and would definitely book again, especially for the price. Booked 2 rooms and the only negative point would be that due to the rooms having a small kitchen area one of the rooms still had a very strong smell of curry lingering in the room from the previous occupant. This smell lingered throughout my stay.

Best hotel we have stayed in the UK to date

We booked this one night as we were visiting the 'Northern lights' show .... it was a saturday night and you couldn't beat the price on any other hotel in newcastle for what you got. A beautiful suite with kitchenette, walk in shower, king bed, lounge area, 24 hour complimentary hot drinks & water downstairs and a beautiful continental breakfast!!! ..... this hotel totally excelled our expectations and wil DEFINITELY be back again. 😁

Great base for Newcastle, high quality room and location makes either Quayside or traditional city centre a 10/15m stroll. Breakfast included as a freebie was perfectly decent. Fully recommended.

Great place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Quayside. It is a 20 minute walk into the city. The rooms are very clean, as is the communal area. We have stayed here a number of times, the only thing letting it down this time was the poor quality breakfast. We did not bother after the first day and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Fabulous stay at Staybridge Suites, Newcastle

We were really impressed with the Staybridge Suites. All the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was fabulous, with everything we needed and more, it was clean, warm and had a lovely view. The breakfasts were lovely, with lots of choice. Nice hotel handy for city centre. Travelling as a family it was a welcome surprise to find that as a suite it had a separate bedroom from the living room. The onsite parking was convenient and secured. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a decent amount of choice.
