Nice hotel on the beach. Extra parking around the back of the property was covered by cctv. Neat and tidy room, very powerful shower. Good food and service provided in the restaurant and bar.

Weekend Break

Everyone who works at the hotel (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners etc) are absolutely fantastic and customer service was great. Room was spotless though a little cold as the radiator wouldn't switch on but the bed so comfortable which provided a great sleep under the warm quilt. Glad I booked the breakfast as it was freshly cooked and there was lots of options. The only slight downside is that there are lots of stairs (and I mean lots!) so getting to your room is a mission if you're not near the reception so not ideal for disabled guests or, like me, just recuperating from a knee operation! Possibly the hotel could add a note in their description so if guests do have a problem with stairs then they can request in advance a more accessible room.

Just want the money.

Booked and paid for executive room did not get one. No hairdryer in room. No working TV. No Wifi. Complained and hotel basically said too bad!

The upgrade room was well appointed but being located in the basement gave it a dungeon like vibe. Required front desk assistance in the evening to get the heat working in the room. Morning front desk staff was much less accommodating or welcoming.

Don’t book it

Awful - we booked 2 rooms. First was fine - second room was not made up - they upgraded one room - thanks. However the second room had no heating for one day, no heating in bathroom for 3 days, was very noisy - sister in law who stayed in second room moved 3 times in 3 day stay
