Brand new remodel! Located just steps to the sand, this open and spacious upper unit in a duplex is bright and inviting. The large balcony has amazing ocean views perfect for watching the waves break all day long. There are 2 single car garages, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. This is one of the larger 4 bedroom floor plans you will see on the Balboa Peninsula. A perfect location to spend your days at the beach and your nights enjoying sunsets.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 single car garages - Depending on the vehicle sizes...a third car may fit behind the single car garages. See floor plan and rear picture of the building.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Great family vacation

The property is very well located with close proximity to the beach. Everything was as described on the pictures. We loved the layout of the unit, All the communication were very clear. I would book this property again in the future.

Just some minor recommendations. There was not enough cutlery and cooking utensils. A few more kitchen towels would have been appreciated. A new grill brush is needed.

Amazing place by the beach!

We were so happy with our stay here. It is a gorgeous, updated unit. Sometimes pictures online are not so accurate when you get to the place in person but I can say this place was as good or better than the pictures. It is about a one minute walk to the sand. There is a coffee shop in walking distance that my husband went to each morning to get fresh coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches. Since there were 6 of us we just took an uber anywhere that was too long of a walk...super easy process there. I really can't say enough good things about the place, the check in process (so easy) and the communication (amazing). Just go!

Newport Beach Haven

We live in NorCal although the majority of our family lives in SoCal. Needless to say, we visit often and typically like to stay by the beach. We had an amazing stay! We loved this place, especially the spacious kitchen. The owners did a great job with the remodel! The property management company was very professional and communicated well. They even allowed us to check in early even though we didn't request it. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end!! 5+ stars!!!

Beautiful Home Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was a block to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the living/dining areas were able to comfortably host us all. Interior finishes are tastefully done and everything was clean and usable. We were able to park our minivan in the garage and not have to worry about parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, New, close to beach.

Highly Recommended!! We loved our stay here. This property was very recently remodeled so disregard previous reviews. Everything was perfectly clean and functioning. This unit has AC and heat which is rare in the area. It was 2 houses from the beach so I felt comfortable sending my 12 Yr olds back to go to the bathroom. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and go to the shops. We door dashed all kinds of food. Bedrooms: There were 4 spacious bedrooms. (3 with nice new smart tv). Beds and sheets were comfortable. Master has shades but not drapes so it was very bright. Bring a sleep mask if the light bothers you in the morning. Parking: We were barely able to our Yukon XL behind the garages but it’s was doable. It fit in the carport ok if that is an option for you. Only small cars will fit in the garages. Beach stuff: You will need to bring your own beach stuff. We brought chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards bc they didn’t have any. The beach towels provided were a mix match of old towels and crappy bath towels but they worked. I think cleaners provided the towels. The property manager was so great to work with! Always texting me back promptly any time I needed. We loved our stay and will definitely come back! *note to owner
it would be nice if the master bedroom had some black out drapes. The room was bright as day as soon as the sun came out.

Family beach vacation

The property was on the older side but seemed clean. The carpet had a strong urine smell in the living room. (maybe from previous pets) The unit was extremely hot & stuffy when we arrived & stayed that way most of the week so I recommend packing additional fans for sleeping quarters. The location to the sand was excellent & the outside shower was a good extra for the little ones!

Location to the beach almost overcomes all...but not quite.

This was our first vacation rental. It was very nice being so close to the beach. Working with Pat was very easy and i appreciated the email notifications before the trip to help me navigate the process. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and feel this could have been greatly improved. I’ve stayed in older hotels but if they are cleaned and kept up they are just fine. I don’t believe that was the case with this property.
