Alerted the staff of a low battery smoke alarm chirping outside my room. They said they would fix it but didn’t. Extremely hard to sleep. I’m here with a group of 24 people, we will avoid booking here any further

When we arrived, I was told that the elevator wasn't working and we should park in the back so we would come in on the 2nd floor. So we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs. After checking in, I was told that the TV wasn't working and that they were working on it. She said it should be a couple of hours; after 2 hours, it still wasn't working. In the morning, my husband went to check out the breakfast and he said it didn't look good and there wasn't much to choose from.

Great price for the hotel. Our room was clean, and the continental breakfast included waffles, eggs and bacon. Friendly staff and no issues during our stay. Two issues - the second floor hallway had an odor, and the surrounding area was a bit questionable. Neither of these became a problem, but I questioned the 8.8 customer rating. Overall, for the price and the access to the beach, not a bad stay at all.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Elevator was broken but they did put us in a room where, if you parked around back you didn't need the stairs.

The hotel is great and conveniently located near the beach. There are plenty of dining options around, which made our stay even better. The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t working today.

No TV Service The Entire Stay. Our Room Smelled Like Bad Body Odor. Went To Open Window, But Screen Not Secured Correctly, And Holes In It Turn Fan On High And Had To Leave Room For Hours. Guess We Should Of Just Demanded A Refund And Checked Out.

Block from the beach, cookies are on time, checkin and out a breeze, room was amazing, friendly staff. One item to mention the breakfasts are plenty good for these times. A bit more attention keeping the foods replenished would be great. We stay here about 3 times a year and this last trip was my comment on the breakfast. All othertimes it was great.
