This is small studio with a small yard. It’s a separate living space from the house and serves as a studio apartment. It is located on the first floor and has its private entrance. No areas are shared except for the parking space. There is no stove. The beach, grocery store, restaurants and Newport . Tourist attractions . many other areas are within a 3- 13 minute drive from the studio. Over 28 days $56 each day. Over ten days $79 each day. These special rates not for June to September. Let me know . I will change the rate before you want to book it .

Charming stay
The check in process was painless, and the property was incredibly quaint. Having our own washer/dryer was incredibly convenient.

The tiny television didn’t have basic cable which is almost mandatory everywhere, Especially at the price per night. There were two plastic chairs outside that should’ve been thrown away.

Great location. Easy access to everything in Newport & Middletown. Very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful
Property is very clean, however access to TV via firetv is very limited. Need sensor light outside so one can do combination for entry to studio at night. Need more lighting in bathroom. No face towels provided. Would stay there again but only for a short stay..
