Be ware- I was charged $75 for parking overnight and then charged additional $25 per hour to leave my car for an extra hour. Location is great. The rooms were basic but nice. Walkable too historic Newport.

Great location…..but that’s it!!

Great location….that is the only positive thing I have to say. The extra charges are laughable. In addition to the $35/day parking fee, there is a $35/day “amenity” fee…..there is not even a gym on the premises! We will find another place to stay during our next visit to Newport, RI!

Great location. Rooms are very small and dated, but was clean. The prices at the restaurant were a little insane. $15 for 8 tiny pretzel nuggets.

Great location, the property was clean and staff were amazing. The only downfall was the air conditioner in the room. It was so loud that it kept me us both up all night. Worst nights sleep we’ve had in a while. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We love this hotel. The location is great! It’s right next to Bowens Wharf. We had a beautiful room with a view of the water. We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking at the boats. 100% recommend.

The location is perfect. Everything you need is usually within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel rooms, however, could use a refresh. Clean rugs, a vent in the bathroom, newer furniture, and windows that actually open properly and ice machines on every floor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the harbor view was great.
