Great location. Beautiful views of the harbor, very close to shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to free hop on hop off shuttle to the Newport Mansions. Nice restaurant/bar onsite.

Location is perfect. Price was high considering overall quality of the room. Room wasnt perfectly clean with some long hairs found in the shower and the sink outside the bathroom. Cleanliness was average. Room is showing its age. The smell of the chemicals / air spray in the main lobby area and hallways was awful.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and have never had any issues. The hotel is in a perfect spot relative to ots proximity to shopping, dinning, entertainment options. My only issue (and its small) is when you get a harbor room with a walkout door forget about using any part of that back patio if tje hotel has a confrence or event going on. The attendees of those events will take the Adirondack chairs right from the front of your room. Hotel should let you know about any events before you committ to those rooms. Other than that place is good. see ya next year!

Amazing one night stay, loved the area and the amenities only thing missing is the hotel breakfast to complete the experience. Loved the comfort of the mattress, THE best sleep I had in a long time. Would definitely come back when we visit Newport next.

The location was phenomenal with parking a huge plus. The inside was a great disappointment. Needs massive upgrades. Replace all the rugs and furniture along with the bedding. Last minute reservation so maybe we got the last sad room. Handicap shower leaked all over the floor. Outside was wonderful, missing out on a big opportunity not having a bar service out there. Staff very helpful and pleasant, this place could be a 5 star attraction with lots of modifications.
