Front desk clerk, Tami Smith, was attentive to details of room requests, efficient and very helpful and professional. Our room was clean, well supplied and very comfortable. Would stay here any time we are in town.

Really nice stay. Room was phenomenal. Staff outstanding. The only negative was not having a free breakfast. Spent about $100 for dinner and breakfast combined so I would say a little pricey.

The staff was friendly, and the services were timely. However, what is not good is the daily parking charge. I have never been to a Marriott to pay for parking daily when it is open to the public.

The hotel was very clean. My room smelled fresh. The halls were clean and free of odors. The staff was GREAT! The first desk staff Angela gave A+ service. I definitely will be visiting again.

Good Hotel for Price

We stayed here after a long day at the beaches. It was only a one night stay for us. We used the pull-out couch that could have been improved with a better mattress. The bed was comfortable. The room was a bit humid, but it could have been a result of the heat-wave that we were experiencing when travelling. The luggage carts were almost non-existent, which was slightly inconvenient but not a deal-breaker for us. There were a-la-carte food options in the hotel, and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to this hotel from the highway. The hotel upkeep was excellent.

I have never been to a hotel that you’re a guest at and you had to pay for parking. Paying for parking is completely absurd and a rip off. All of the guests are going to arrive by vehicle so parking should be free! Unless their goal is to cater to locals; it’s really a deterrent for out of towners to stay here when there are other places that have free parking. Also the vent in our room was rusty/moldy. The outlet ports were dated and did not have a usb-c port.

The stay was just okay but not the best!

The stay was good but they don’t clean the room daily. Not even to empty the trash cans after we requested it to be done. They charged $5.00 daily for parking. The rooms were musty smelly.

We had one of the best customer service experiences at this hotel. From the moment we checked in the women at the front desk were accommodating and very friendly to speak to. Everyday the same women would see us and make sure we had everything we needed, even recieved a hug from one before we left. Amazing experience, plenty of cozy spots throughtout the lobby and outside to socialize with family, breakfast/coffee, bar w happy hour. Great experience.

It was an inconvenience and seemed shady that we had to pay for parking. During check in several guests could not leave because their vehicles had been towed because of the hotels parking policy. The construction around the hotel left materials in the road that punctured our tire. None of this was told to us before or during booking with expedia. They made me wholas far as the parking fees but its hard to relax on vacation when you constantly have to peep out the window throughout the night just to make sure your car isn't towed.
Room was nice but $5 a day parking for a vehicle pass that must be visible to the tow truck operator kept me up all night on this sofa by the window because even if you have one visible your car could still get towed if they claimed it wasn't visible
