The previous year Ive stayed at this Quality Inn it was nice and clean. My 2024 stay was not the best. The housekeeping staff and night staff front desk staff had the attitude of I don’t care. Customer service should always be number concern. Whether it’s a low or high cost.

Not a good look!
The room was filthy. Used bed linen was stuffed in the closet. The bathtub was dirty with stains. Bathroom floor was dirty. I did not stay and requested a refund and had to move to another hotel.

As a young woman, I did not feel the safest here. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was motel with doors outside. My room was okay and nothing too fancy. The price of the room lined up with the quality for sure.
