Located on the Pentire Peninsula on the edge of Newquay, this surprisingly spacious holiday home is a short stroll from Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary.

Recently redecorated throughout, with three double bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a large, sunny lounge, a dining room, and a conservatory, this is a beautiful space to spread out and relax, with Newquay and its many cafes, restaurants, and beaches within easy striking distance.

The well-established south-facing garden is a real delight for morning coffees accompanied by the sound of birdsong, BBQs, and gatherings. When the beach calls, Fistral is a five-minute amble in one direction and the tidal Gannel estuary two minutes in the other, with low-tide access to Crantock beach. The South West Coast Path is right on the doorstep for longer adventures on foot.

Pinecroft is arranged for comfort. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom with a bathroom directly adjacent. Upstairs, you’ll find a king-size master suite, a twin room (convertible to a king), as well as another bathroom, and an office that can also serve as a nursery. There is ample parking for two or three cars, plus storage for wetsuits and surfboards.

A row back from the Gannel Estuary with its countryside aspect, the sunny palm-tree dotted plot is a haven for birdlife, with honeysuckle and other fragrant flowers bursting into bud throughout the spring and summer.
