Perfect family getaway. Sleeps 14 (10 adult maximum) with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces, swimming pool, hot tub game room, and 2 car garage.

Custom-built home is located in The Peaks. The home overlooks the Sunday River Ski Resort mountains. This view is spectacular at any time of the year!
You are minutes from the slopes, great local Breweries, Restaurants, historic Bethel Village, Sunday River Golf Club, and Sunday River Brewing Co.
Whether you are relaxing on the deck, lounging poolside, roasting marshmallows under the stars, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying the game room and bar, this home will not disappoint! It has everything to create the most incredible vacation memories.
The home sleeps 14 people (10 adult maximum). No pets.
A beautiful main floor master bedroom with king-size bed and a huge master bath, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.
4 upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. 1 bedroom with a full-size bed. 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds. 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
The bunkbed room in the walk out basement has 5 twin beds and 1 full bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom and the game room.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with many small appliances including a coffee maker, crockpot, lobster pot and serve ware, gas cooktop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen perfect for large groups.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and of course, floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking view. Sliding doors lead you outside to a spacious wooden deck with a dining table for 8 and patio seating.
The downstairs game room has a full bar area, billiard table, ping pong table, large screen TV with DVD player, games, puzzles, and DVD movies. Sliding doors connect you to the hot tub and pool area.
We also have a large capacity washer and dryer in the mudroom adjoining the two-car garage and another set in the basement.
Expansive home with stunning mountain views and everything you'll need to enjoy your stay any time of year again and again!

Another Perfect Stay

This was our group's third time staying at this property and it was just as amazing as the prior two. We had all the check-in information prior to arrival. Everything was clean and organized and was not missing anything we could have expected. The house and property itself is amazing and makes for the perfect summer vacation. Amazing! From the moment we checked in (so easy!) to the moment we left, it felt like we were home. The house is gorgeous, large enough for everyone to be together but also find quiet moments if needed. Fully stocked with all amenities and communication with the owner was next level. They responded so quickly with any questions we had. The view was stunning every day and the pool was the highlight! Heated and pristine, everyone enjoyed the outdoor space. Annual Family Vacation

This is the ninth year our family has gone on an annual vacation together. This year we chose Maine, this property was spacious and well maintained. We have five adults and four kiddos ages 16,12, 9 and 7. We loved the outdoor space pool, hot tub, grill, deck all with scenic panoramic views. Gaming room was great with the pool table, ping-pong table and we enjoyed puzzles and board games together. The owners were easy to reach and addressed any questions promptly.
Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, deck, and patio area.

Dream House!

We were so lucky to find this home for our vacation. The views were gorgeous and on sunny days,after skiing, the beautiful deck was the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed to have a vacation space EVERYONE was happy with. Every room was spacious and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook some family style meals. We would definitely go back to this gem!

4 Families - Great place

We had 4 families stay and had plenty of space. The game room downstairs and the bunk bed room was nice for a kids’ space. Ample room upstairs and in the kitchen for social space. We all enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend this house for a great family vacation.

Amazing Property

This was our second stay at the property and it still cannot be beat. Everything was remarkably clean and incredibly well stocked. From the kitchen to the bedding to the pool towels I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that was not provided. Really a great experience for us.

Wonderful for big families

Just what we were looking for. We do an annual Xmas in July Getaway every year for our group of 11. We need at least four bedrooms, as many bathrooms that se can find, large group eating space, at least two gathering areas, play spaces for littles and big ones, outside play places and a pool puts the icing on the cake. This rental had it all. We just enjoyed the stay so much only went out once during a 1/2 rainy day. Just about everything anyone could ask for. TV's in nearly every one - so no arguements, pool table and ping pong for those who like to take on a challenge, several board games and puzzles for those who like slower paced challenges. And the pool area was divine for all. The ONLY negative among a long list of positives, was no Air Conditioning. When we stayed it did get quite warm and humid. The home does have pull down shades in most of the sun facing windows and there are multiple fans throughout for everyone's use and these were all quite helpful. That would be our only suggestion for any type of improvement on the property. We would def come back :) Oh yes - The view and the sunsets...were unbelievable with an upper deck and rocking chairs to sit and take it all in...early morning vistas with a cup of coffee were pretty "rockin" too!

Amazing property!

This place is definitely in my top 5 VRBO stays. The property is so stunning that pictures can’t do it justice. The place was clean and so well stocked. The host was quick to answer any and all questions I had. I can’t recommend this place enough! Lots of fun hiking, restaurants and breweries in the area. Also a really nice bowling alley for those rainy days!

Awesome spot in Newry!

This spot was fantastic, well accommodated, beautiful views, tons to do, and close to many great hikes and outdoor activities in Maine! Shopping in Bethel is close by for groceries and a few breweries as well! Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation. So close to skiing. Views are incredible. Very clear instructions.
