White Cap B-315 Ski-In/Ski-Out Sunday River Condo

With just over 50 units spread across two separate buildings, White Cap Village condos offer the distinct advantage of a slopeside location. Choose from either a one-bedroom/one-bath unit accommodating 4-6 guests (depending on the specific unit) or a spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Since each unit is individually owned, there may be slight differences in their furnishings and amenities. Building amenities include an inviting outdoor heated pool, a generously sized hot tub, a relaxing sauna, and a spacious common room complete with a cozy fireplace. Positioned along the Roadrunner trail, White Cap's ski-in/ski-out units provide convenient access to both the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges, where an array of activities and dining options await.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

The location was amazing! The ski in/out was so easy! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. We hit the hot tub, heated pool and sauna every day after skiing and snowmobiling and it was the perfect way to end our day. There were multiple dining options close by ( reservations recommended).

Very clean and well appointed condo

The condo was as described and very clean. It had everything we needed for our week. Ski lockers accommodated four pairs of skis. The condo was very close to the trail, so definitely a ski and in ski out location. I will say, however, that to enjoy the rest of the mountain, you have to be able to ski a very difficult green trail. It was a little hard on a few of us so we ended up driving to South Ridge Lodge, which had more green terrain. Overall it was a great time and my kids loved the place!!!
