• BIG SPACE: The apartment is 72 square meter, enough space and comfortable for a big group or family to do activities together. The entire apartment is yours included 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony with laundry machine.

• NEWLY RENOVATED AND FULLY FURNISHED: The apartment is recently renovated. Everything is new and clean. Fully equipped furniture, kitchen and shower stuff. Laundry machine and clothes hangers so you can cook and do your laundry. Everything is there for you.

• LONG TERM RENTAL DISCOUNT: There is a good discount for long term rental. Please ask us for more info.

• CONVENIENT LOCATION: In front of the Beach. Hon Chong shopping center and mini marts are main ground floor. Many good seafood restaurants and other attractions are located nearby.

• FREE FOR 2 KIDS: My goal is to satisfy my guests by providing them a comfortable place to stay with very competitive price. We only charge adults, kids under 10 years olds who share same bed with parents are exclusive. Maximum 2 kids are allowed for free (we want you to have enough comfortable space during your stay).

• 24HRS SECURITY: 24hrs security guards and surveillance cameras on site to ensure your safety in case of emergency.
