Staff are rude, threaten us not to make any stains on towels, no AC in the first 6 hours, no TV instructions with external device attached to TV. Front desk are unfriendly, not enough glasses, cups than for 3 people room. I will not come back, and not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The host is very enthusiastic The receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenient The high floor room has a super nice view, the equipment in the room is comfortable and new. I stayed on the 30th floor but the water pressure was still very strong. The room price is reasonable I will definitely come back here next time

처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다
