• We are pet friendly and welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet, including any waste in the yard or parking area. Please also keep them quiet after midnight, thanks.

• No smoking or vaping inside the suite. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from open windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the bin, not on the ground. Smoking inside will result in a cleaning fee of 200 cad.

• No parties or events and no excessive noise. Please respect quiet hours from midnight to 7 a.m. so everyone can rest.
