I didn't like the lack of consideration for our comfort when staying at the Ramada Plaza. No one cared about our problems and issues when staying at the hotel. Costumer service was horrible. Front desk gave our room to another family and they walked in on us when we were trying to relax. We felt very uncomfortable in our room after that and the other family that walked into our room was apologetic but confused and uncomfortable as well. If we hadn't been in the room when our card (for entrance into our room) was given to another family what would have happened to our belongings and to our puppy?! I hate to think about what could have happened if we weren't there...

Rooms were large but clearly outdated. Fridge in room was broken and countertop was loose. TV in bedroom was broken or had burn mark in it.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very large, and we liked having the sitting room as soon as you entered the room. The bathroom was very spacious as well. It was great to be close to the downtown Falls area, but not be right in the middle of it all. Our only gripe was that the walls were very thin. Either that, or everyone around us (on the sixth floor) were loud talkers. We could hear children screaming and laughing at all hours in the room next to us, and if people were being loud in the hallway was well. So if you are a light sleeper or do not like having so much noise, good luck.

I didn’t like that the staff didn’t direct us to where the room was located. Had a hard time finding room. Got charged $20 per day for parking at the hotel I am staying. Don’t real understand how a hotel can charge you for parking at the hotel. Are they expecting you to park a rental car across the street at the mall? Risking the car to get towed or vandalized. Hallway smelled like mildew. Pillow, bed sheets were faded and didn’t smell clean. Had to have them change them and they still smelled. Asked for extra towels, never got them.

Web picture do not represent the real hotel. The entire hotel was filthy. The rooms were terrible. Dust all over the room, bed sheets were dirty and comforter was in horrible condition. We couldn’t stay in that property. End up cancelling the check in and finding another hotel. The staff offered to upgrade our room for a suite, but the suite was as dirty as the other rooms. We point this out to the hotel personnel and they agreed With us.

Location was ok on the main road to the falls area looks like an older part of town. No restaurants open late in the area. Reception area very clean and nice, our room was in a separate building which was obviously older and not as well maintained. Room smelled stale and bathroom was not clean. Toilet paper holder broken, bathroom smelled like pee, shelf above sink dusty, wallpaper dirty. Would have asked for a different room but it was after midnight when we arrived and we were exhausted.
