19. A charming studio in the Old Town with an incredible sea view

Welcome to a cosy one-room apartment with a balcony to enjoy a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Here, you live close to the quay and the many restaurants, just over the old, well-known Rue de Obscure from the 15th century.

You have a direct entrance from Rue de Poilu. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink. In the hallway, there is a washing machine hidden in a cupboard.

The large room has a double bed (160 cm) and a kitchen area with a fridge, stove and fan. There is also a four-person kitchen table and chairs and a reading corner.

On the balcony, there is a small cafe table and two chairs. Here, you can enjoy the marvellous view with a coffee or a glass of rosé.

Villefranche is an incredibly picturesque village with beautiful alleys and much history.

You live just a stone’s throw from the fine sandy beach, various restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and shops.

If you want to see more of the Riviera, the train station is only five minutes away. From here, you can travel towards Monaco and Italy in the east or Nice, Antibes and Cannes in the west. If you prefer to go by bus, the bus station is only a few minutes away.
