L’emplacement est plutĂŽt bien situĂ©, l’appartement est propre, bien agencĂ© et climatisĂ©. Seul bĂ©mols il se situe au dernier Ă©tage sans ascenseur. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

I was very pleased with the area thats its located in and the air conditioned rooms. However, the 84 steps was a challenge every day especially with our suitcases.

Great stay

Appartement well equipped, very quiet although in busy area, clean. Restaurants and shops right next door. Hard Rock Cafe Nice, Promenade d'Anglais and beach around the corner (-5min. walk). Appartement located on the 4th floor (stairs). We had a great stay there. Owner very helpful and friendly, quick responses when questions came up. We would book again.

Noisy because construction early morning and squealing of bats in the night and morning. Unsafe because we were stranded with child on checkin in the middle of the night on the street without wifi or phone options to find another place to stay in a foreign country late night due to flight delays. Difficult checkin because there was no way to contact to get into our room which also made this all inconvenient. We requested a late checking through Expedia and Expedia did not have options for communicating with property owner and the options were not helpful. Expedia should have given access to VRBO or directed us to VRBO or shared my details with property owner. The phone number listed had no answer and email didn't work. Expedia did not have an international number and when 800# was contacted could not get an agent to help which incurred mobile phone charges. When we did find internet the live chat was unavailable so we were left stranded with no room. When we rang the room given of the owner they were not there and a person came with the same first name saying they were renting the owners room which led us to believe it was a scam. This renter stranger gave us Internet and helped us book a room and only found availability with Holiday Inn that cost us almost $300/night. We later got a message the following day from owner to check in and how to access from messages I left on their voicemail. But we were forced to pay the full 5 days to get access and didn't use day 1.

Central location, modern flat

Nice modern flat right in the touristic Massena neighbourhood. 4th floor walk up takes some getting used to. Owner could put out more linens/pillows and remove their lockers to make it a better experience. Thanks again!

Modern flat in perfect location

The location of the flat is right in the middle of the city, very close to the beach in Nice. The flat looks like on the pictures and has really modern furniture (especially kitchen & shower). Only the kitchen's equipment and toilet paper could have been more. Both air conditioners and WIFI worked well. Owners responded to messages (online) very quick.
