Super accueil de la part de la réceptionniste Eliana, pourtant ce fut une réservation de dernière minute à 21h, accueil agréable également au Bar, hôtel moderne avec des supers équipements. Chambre avec balcon, douche à l’italienne, super confortable. Literie au top également ! Plateau d’accueil et service room vraiment appréciable . Dommage que nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit! The main problem is that the hotel entrance is not easily accessible if you have suitcase. There is a municipal parking lot next door which could be used as a staging area.

Friendly staff but poorly maintained hotel

The fridge in the room was broken so some food i bought was spolied, the bathroom sink was partially blocked. The pool hasnt been cleaned for ages but there were no warning signs until the second night of my stay. A few people have dipped into the pool the day before thugh. Its only until the fourth night of my stay did they close the entire rooftop area, showing how irresponsible they were when it comes to passenger safety. However, most staff have been nice and friendly.
