The Villa Nice Promenade was quite a nice find. The hotel was quaint, nicely decorated, near shopping, dining options, the beach and historical sites. The staff was superb with the EXCEPTION of the lobby manager. His curt, unfriendly manner was evident he didn’t like Americans. However, Cristiano, Vasco, and the young lady at the lobby counter were outstanding.

La Villa was an exceptional find. It’s quaint, clean, modern and close to shopping, dining and the beach. Most staff members were super friendly and service oriented. However, the lobby manager was arrogant and not nice. I found him to be unfriendly.

Wonderful accommodations with charming ambiance. Lovely staff. Great water pressure, super clean, cozy robe and slippers. Also bed was very comfortable. Just great stay.

The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to exhibit hospitality and friendless to us throughout our stay. We loved their desire to please us in every manner. We will highly recommend them to everyone we know!!
