PALAIS MEDITERRANEE TERRASSE is fully air-conditioned, it will seduce you with its two large terrace quiet overlooking the greenery, its volumes, its brightness, as well as the quality of decoration in each room.



The apartment is located in a luxury residence and has access by elevator, and free internet wifi is available throughout the accommodation.



A few meters from the Promenade des Anglais and the pedestrian area, you will be in the center of Nice and have access to all the shops, restaurants, shops and beaches.

You can also reach Place Masséna and Jean Médecin in a few minutes, as well as the Old Nice to taste the Socca which is the local specialty.

The second terrace overlooks the 2 bedrooms and offers a view of the gardens of the residence.

It is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, and a deckchair.

The master bedroom overlooks the terrace.

It is equipped with a double bed, a storage cabinet, and its bathroom with private bath.



BEDROOM 2:

The second bedroom also overlooks the terrace and is equipped with 2 single beds that can be moved together or separated and a storage cupboard.

The service provided by N & J is truly excellent at all levels: the welcome and reception the prompt email when mail arrived the prompt, efficient and friendly manner in which the small difficulties (dishwasher, washing machine, lighting) were handled. A great team!! The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located.

Excellent location und beautiful building

The apt. is very nice with one large and one small bedroom. The building feels very safe und the promenade is very close. We spent two months in the apt. and liked it very much. However, when I booked the place I had not realized that there were two bathrooms but only one toilet, which was a bit problematic. Besides from that everything was perfect and I highly recommend the apt.

Lovely apartment and good location

This is a large, very clean and modern apartment in a great location. It is very quiet and the two balconies are great. The concierge service is excellent. My only complaint, which the concierge is getting addressed, is that VRBO lists it as 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, both bathrooms with toilet under the amenities tab. There is only 1 toilet in the bathroom with the shower. It is accurately represented in the narrative, but not under the amenities overview which I relied upon. Other than that, first rate place and I would stay there again.

Great location: easy access to the Promenade des Anglais, pedestrian Streets, shops, restaurants, public transportation, agency reception... Spacious: large linving room, 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms, independent kitchen Quiet: it's only given on the residence garden, very quiet and peacefull. You are in the city but no noise at all.

Je ne peux que conseiller ce logement qui a été au dessus de mes attentes. Il est situé dans la résidence privé du Palais de la Méditerranée (c'est juste derrière l'hôtel sur la Promenade), et c'est une résidence moderne et très sécurisé (il nous fallait même une clé spéciale pour pouvoir utiliser l'ascenseur). L'appartement est grand et convivial pour une famille comme nous l'étions. Il y a deux terrasses ce qui est très pratique pour profiter du soleil toute la journée, il y a aussi deux salles de bain. La cuisine est très jolie et indépendante, donc pas d'odeur dans le salon. Il y avait une grande table à manger ou nous pouvions prendre nos repas de manière confortable. L'appartement était vraiment très bien et confortable, encore mieux que sur les photos. Marie-Louise du Canada

Wonderful apartment for a long stay

the apartment is large, wonderfully centrally located and in very good condition The pillows in the living room and the blanket on the sofa should be cleaned once. They smell something. There is not enough cutlery and crockery in the apartment. Therefore, the dishwasher has to be turned on more often than necessary.

Beautifull appartment in superbe location with lots of light and great outdoor space

There were large windows allowing plenty of light, 2 nice terrasses, more then suffient space inside and a well equiped kitchen. Very pleasant appartment with lots of storage space. Nice touch were the soap, showergel and shampoo that were available. We absolutely liked the location and had a great holiday !
