This bright, beautiful apartment is located in the nice and quiet Musicien area in the center of Nice.
Here you live within walking distance of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. The proximity to many fine restaurants, cafes, and shops makes this apartment the perfect holiday home!
A supermarket, Intermarché, and several bakeries are just around the corner from the apartment. The lovely fruit/vegetable and fish market in the Liberation area, which is open every morning, is a 15-minute walk away. The train station, Gare de Nice Ville, is also very close, just under 10 minutes on foot. From here you can easily go on to other villages along the coast on the Riviera, such as Ville-franche-sur-mer, Monaco, Cannes, or even the Italian Riviera.
The entire apartment is completely newly beautifully renovated and with new furniture and furnishings. There is AC throughout the apartment, and it is wonderfully light and airy.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen equipment you might need to cook a nice dinner.
The kitchen is open to the adjoining living room, where there is a dining table with room for 4 people.
A sofa, armchair, coffee table, and a Smart TV are in the living room. The sofa, which is also a sofa bed, can be made into a bed 110 x 190 cm. The armchair can also be a bed and it is 90x180cm.There is a small balcony facing the street where there are 2 chairs.
The bedroom is light and airy and has a brand new and comfortable double bed that is 160x190 cm. There is also a small balcony in the bedroom and a spacious wardrobe to hang and store clothes in.
In the modern bathroom with fine material choices, there is a shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a towel warmer here.
