A very nice and popular apartment on the 6th floor in the exclusive area Carre d’Or in Nice, covered inside an open green yard sheltering the apartment from the city noise.

A recently renovated dwelling with high standards and two balconies enabling you to enjoy the sun or shade as much as you prefer. The living room is furnished with a dining table, sofa group, and a TV.

The kitchen is well equipped and stands next to the open living room. Both bedrooms come with a double bed (one 180 cm and the other 150 cm) and access to separate balconies on opposite sides of the apartment. To make it perfect, the apartment has two very nice bathrooms with a shower and WC.

Carre d’Or is considered one of the most prestigious areas of Nice with everything the city has to offer near: Great shopping with an abundance of shops. In ten minutes, you’ll reach Promenade des Angles and the beach, and if you walk eastward, a 10-minute walk will take you to the Old Town with more great boutiques, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and museums to discover.

Perfection!

I can not say enough great things about this place
.already dreaming about when we can return! The location is ideal and the apartment is immaculate. We so enjoyed the balconies. So much so that we opted to not go out to dinner one night so that we could sit on the balcony to watch the sunset. Communication with the property manager was easy and check in:out was a breeze. Beautiful flat & exceptional view

The flat was beautiful! The decor was tasteful with ample comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances. The internet was fast. We had one small issue and the host received the feedback well and remedied the situation. I would love to stay here again.

Couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Nice

Condo was amazing in every way. Balconies on both sides with ocean breeze flowing through the entire apartment. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, in a walkable neighborhood only a few minutes form the beach.

Family trip to Nice

The double decks give fantastic views of the city and make a comfortable spot for coffee and to read. The beds were super comfortable and there were many little touches (speakers/stereo to hook up our iphones, kitchen stocked with basic necessities, ample cookware/dishes/glasses) to make the stay feel like home. Everything was perfect for us. We needed to stay in Nice for a few extra days due to an unexpected hospital visit and the host made everything easy for us! Viveka met me at the property and helped us get settled in. We would definitely stay there again.
