4 BDR renovated historic house in downtown Nicosia

Constanza House is a recently renovated stone-built traditional house. It is located in the old city of Nicosia and is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families, business travelers and groups. The house is situated within walking distance to the central bus station, shops, restaurants, museums, banks and generally to all the attractions/ amenities of central Nicosia.

The guesthouse is comprised by four double bedrooms, a dining area and a nice covered veranda where you can just sit and relax or enjoy your meal. There is a fully equipped kitchen where guests are welcome to cook. There is one bathroom (wc and shower) for sharing between the four bedrooms while bedroom #4 has its own private bathroom as well.

There is also Wi-Fi connection all over the place, TV and small refrigerator in each room. The entrance door as well as each bedroom has its own electronic lock where it can be accessed via a pass code.

Guests can choose the level of interaction they feel like having with the hosts. The password enabled electronic house entrance and room doors, allow easy self check-in and check-out without being necessary to make any key hand-off arrangements.
