These cozy lofts are located in Niles, Michigan by the river. This listing is for unit 6. Enjoy a stay in this cozy 2-bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.

Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Previous reviews that mentioned the thin walls/sound carrying were accurate, but that wasn’t an issue for us. My kids said the beds were noisy in their room. Loved the walking path along the river. We also walked to pick up pizza and some drinks at the dollar store. In the morning walked to grocery store for some breakfast. Only recommendations for host are more blankets. There was only one extra blanket for 4 beds. Also, there were several coffee stations, but no tea for us non-coffee drinkers. Would definitely stay again. Really nice place.

Enjoyable stay
We rented two apartments in the complex and enjoyed our stay. The apartments are cute and exactly as shown. the only negatives would be that the bathtub in apartment 6 is draining too slowly. Also we could have used blankets on the beds in addition to the sheet and bedspreads. And more than one kitchen towel would have been helpful.

Overcharged initially
The place we stayed was very nice. After I locked in price with VRBO, I received invoice from Eula with a higher amount (almost $100 higher) reached out to host and Eula and both confirmed price was correct,even though I sent screenshot of confirmation of vrbo price. Spoke with Eula who said maybe it was guest fees we were being charged. She was confident she was correct. Spoke with Quinton at vrbo,who called prop mgr. Unique stays confirmed THEY had issues with their software that was causing the incorrect price. Called the next day and Sage was absolutely wonderful in correcting this in 5 min,while apologizing and taking responsibility in the error. Can't thank Sage enough for making our stay awesome and stress free with her leadership and ability to take ownership of the error. Susan at the Lofts was also amazing as she was able to go above and beyond with our needs and was so friendly and nice. Overall a great location and stay.
