Stopover on way south

Hotel located on outskirts of city and that was fine. As it was a Sunday there was no food service available which I think is disappointing for a 4 Star hotel. Luckily we found a chain restaurant nearby. Eveerything else was fine.

Comfortable and good value - just don't eat there

Hotel was good for price. Room was comfortable. Ate in bar first night but food was reheated and duck was dry and potatoes greasy. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired - overcooked and expensive. However don't let that put you off this hotel as other places to eat and staff friendly and helpful.

J'ai procĂ©dĂ© Ă  une 1Ăšre rĂ©servation via le site Booking ou j'ai payĂ© un montant de 102€ (sans les taxes de sĂ©jour). Puis une fois arrivĂ©e Ă  l'hĂŽtel on me dit que la carte utilisĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation en ligne est invalide, le rĂ©ceptionniste trĂšs agrĂ©able m'explique la gĂȘne. Je comprend et je paye donc une 2Ăšme fois. Cette fois-ci avec une autre carte (ma nouvelle carte). Pensant que l'autre prĂ©lĂšvement serait refusĂ©, car j'avais oubliĂ© de mettre Ă  jour ma nouvelle carte sur Booking. Mais aujourd'hui j'ai deux prĂ©lĂšvements qui sont bien passer un de 102€ ainsi qu'un second de 104€. Je ne suis donc pas prĂȘte Ă  fermĂ© les yeux sur une centaines d'euros. Je demande Ă  ce qu'on me rembourse en intĂ©gralitĂ© et dans les plus brefs dĂ©lais. Ou je serais malheureusement obligĂ© de porter plainte contre l'hĂŽtel afin de rĂ©cupĂ©rer mon argent. Cordialement

SĂ©jour satisfaisant dans l’ensemble. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Les espaces sont bien amĂ©nagĂ©s, salle de sport, restaurant, bar, piscine. L’atmosphĂšre qui y rĂšgne est paisible. L’accueil y est sympathique. La dĂ©coration mĂ©riterait un petit rafraĂźchissement, les extĂ©rieurs un petit entretien supplĂ©mentaire (nous n’avons pas pu nous garer sur une place extĂ©rieure parce que les arbres gĂȘnaient la place et Ă©tions alors obligĂ© de payer le parking).

Sales toiles d’araignĂ©e dans les couloirs,systĂšme incendie du 7 Ă©tages HS boĂźtier rouge pend au bout d’un fil Ă©lectrique,l’ascenseur n’inspire aucune confiance vu les bruits bizarres, l’état des escaliers ! Pas de service de mĂ©nage depuis un certain temps Ă  faire peur,les fenĂȘtres de notre chambre ne sont pas Ă©tanches on sent un courant d’air,petit dĂ©jeuner mauvais produits passĂ©s fruits en boĂźte de plusieurs jours,dĂ©s bocaux avec fruits sec tout mous,cĂ©rĂ©ales en poudre
