We can't wait to host you in our cozy 34m2 apartment in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile! Spend amazing days discovering the city, including visiting the Château de Noirmoutier, walking along the sandy beaches, or biking through the charming area. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants before returning to our apartment to relax for the evening. Our lovely space comfortable accommodates 3 guests, but can sleep up to 4!

After exploring the area, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch a show on the TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Prestige Odalys Residence Le Domaine des Pins, where our property is conveniently located. These include access to the semi-covered heated pool, the ping-pong table, the on-site fitness centre, a hammam (available for an additional charge), and the children's area! If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with complimentary outdoor parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully-refundable damage deposit of €500, a small daily eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person, and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included!

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at Le Castel, a 4-minute drive away. Enjoy a pleasant day at Sealand, 5 minutes away from the residence. Soak up sun on Plage des Dames, a 10-minute walk away! Visit the Castle of Noirmoutier.
