Charming, typical Noirmoutier house offering all modern comforts in a quiet location, accommodating up to 7 people - approximately 120 m² - comprising on the ground floor an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen with television, a dining room, a living room (fireplace prohibited) with television, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with en-suite shower room and toilet, a small bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed, a pantry, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a convertible bed (160x200cm) or two single beds (80x200cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), a bathroom with toilet, and a bicycle storage area. Amenities include a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, oven, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi with international channels via SFR. The enclosed garden features a terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. Small dogs are welcome. Only one parking space is available within the residence.
