Location fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes
Location propre et parfaite pour 4 personnes malgré les 6 couchages. A 5 nous étions un peu à l’étroit: 4 sièges au salon, table de cuisine pour 4 qui devient très petite avec un 5e couvert, table de la courette pour 4 si on veut manger, et ballon d’eau pour 4 max si on étale les douches sur la journée. Étant proche du centre, il est possible de faire beaucoup à pied ou en vélo (courses, visites) mais forcément la plage est beaucoup plus loin, ce qui n’est pas un problème pour certains mais plus ennuyeux si on a des enfants qui veulent y aller souvent! Le propriétaire était très disponible et réactif, l’appartement bien équipé (quoique manquant de placards dans la cuisine) mais le prix demandé est trop élevé par rapport à d’autres locations pour 4, avec un vrai jardin et plus proche de la plage.

Agréable séjour
L’appartement est agréable et relativement bien situé, assez proche du centre et près des pistes cyclables. Il est très bien équipé, il manque peut-être des ventilateurs d’appoint dans les chambres pour les jours/nuits de forte chaleur. Nous étions 3 pour l’essentiel du séjour (1 adulte, 1 ado et 1 enfant de 10 ans) et 4 les derniers jours (1 ado de plus). À mon sens, même si il y a effectivement 6 couchages, ce serait un peu juste pour 6 personnes, notamment parce que le cumulus ne fait que 100L et que la table extérieure loge tout juste 4 couverts. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et il s’est montré disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de lui.

Tout a été parfait. Emplacement idéal, très proche du centre ville, et à la fois un tout petit peu à l'écart. Pistes cyclables à proximité immédiates. Location propre, fonctionnelle, agréable. Hôte très accueillant. A recommander les yeux fermés.
