Welcome to Casa Joya, our beautiful home in the sought-after Gold Coast community. Our property boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. The backyard is a secluded tropical oasis, with a private pool, BBQ, dining table for enjoying meals al fresco, and lounging area for relaxing after fun-filled days in the sun. It’s the perfect spot for couples or small groups in search of a relaxing vacation.

Entering our home, you'll find a spacious, bright, and open-concept layout with a sophisticated, modern, beach vibe. All rooms have air conditioners, ceiling fans, high speed wifi internet, and cable TV. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with brand new modern appliances and cookware. Our inviting living room and indoor dining area comfortably seat up to 4. Both bedrooms have King beds and premium bedding, with the master bedroom additionally having an ensuite, walk-in closet, and walk-out to the backyard. The living room has a pull-out Double sofa bed that can comfortably accomodate a 5th guest. There are also laundry facilities in the home (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board). We include a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, detergent, and basic condiments.

Outdoors, our fully-enclosed backyard has a private pool, BBQ, dining table (seats 6), conversation set, and poolside loungers. High-end beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels are available for your use. There is a free parking spot on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.

Located in the beautiful, quiet, and secure 5-star gated community of Gold Coast, our home allows you to enjoy resort-like facilities while having the privacy of your own space. Guests have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.

We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.

This is an amazing place. Private pool with lounge chairs. The covered part of pool was so comfortable and able to have meals out by poolside. House is beautiful. 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Fully furnished with what you need for a vacation. The beds, linens and pillows were so very comfortable. Some of best night sleep. Kitchen. Wow. Has what you need to make a meal if wanting too. Silverware and dinnerware is plentiful. Dishwasher too. Washer and dryer was so nice to have available. A/c worked amazing. Turn the ac off when not there. As it stays cool while beaching it. It does not take long to get it cold when you return. This unit has everything you need for the beach. Beach chairs. Coolers and umbrellas. Just made beach days more amazing! We loved our vacation house here in Gold Coast. Can’t wait for next time. Silvia was such a joy and welcoming us to Aruba.Great communications from the owners after reservation and before trip. Loved the welcoming booklet. It has everything one needs to answer questions. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We loved it!! It was home away from home. Great stay in Aruba

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, well appointed condo. We thoroughly enjoyed eating on the patio and taking a dip in the pool after a day at the beach! Having the chairs and umbrellas and coolers for our beach days was great! Sylvia the property manager was a wealth of information. The kitchen had everything we needed and my daughters loved the Nespresso machine and the milk frotherWe would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise

First of all, let me thank Tonina and Alexandra for your beautiful rental, it was much more then we expected. The cold beers on arrival, the well appointed kitchen and the more then generous starter kit was very much appreciated! The beach chairs and umbrellas were put to good use everyday and the cooler to put cold drinks and a packed lunch very handy. We have stayed in VRBOs in several other countries and would have to rate this 10/5!!!! Sylvia was wonderful and greeted us on arrival and gave us a wealth of information to get us started, thank you Sylvia! I would recommend Casa Joya to anyone going to Aruba, but I don’t want to because we will be back at some point and we want it all to ourselves!!!

Beautiful Place

The pictures do not do this place justice! It is so spacious and beautifully laid out. But it is the attention to detail that was so impressive. From the beach chairs, towels, cooler bag and umbrella to labels I shower, holders on the walls for the various remotes to hooks in shower to everything u could possibly need in the kitchen all so very tastefully. A binder including so much helpful info on the island. And Silvia was wonderful and we so appreciate Luther heads up on giving yourself plenty of time when heading bk home. I have every intention of returning to this happy island and staying at this property again. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing vacation at Gold Coast

This has been our fifth visit to Aruba (second time to the Gold Coast community) and by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. The house is bright, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the backyard
like your own private, quiet oasis. Gold Coast is the perfect location being close enough to everything you need (beaches, restaurants, grocery stores). The hosts are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and ensured this was a care-free trip for us. We will definitely be back..except for longer next time! Perfect!

If I could give this place more than 5 starts I would! The pictures do not do it justice. The backyard with our own pool was so private and inviting. We could have spent our entire vacation just relaxing at the home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into all the details – from a fully equipped kitchen, to the high-quality beach gear, and all the extra special touches

Aruba paradise

Thank you for making our first time in Aruba seamless. The welcome package we received prior to our arrival was perfect. The location is nice and quiet yet just a short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is also the option of staying by your own private pool and covered outdoor space and enjoying your own meals in the well stocked kitchen. Every detail was thought of.
