At check in we had a male intern check us in- to say he seemed novice and inexperienced is an understatement. Whenever you have people checking in from out of the country, and there are multiple Marriott properties to choose from but people are still choosing to stay with you- you need to make sure that you’re a) friendly b) personable and c) grateful. You’re not doing us a favor by checking us in when we’re paying you money. Beds weren’t comfortable. Housekeeping never came. Had to call 3x to have water delivered. The manager Thais I believe her name was- was lovely and very accommodating. The property is new and clean and pretty but for the price I’m not sure we’d stay there again. Not walkable have to take a cab every night to go to dinner.

The hotel made our ten day stay a thoroughly memorable holiday.... the daily complimentary breakfast was prepared and presented so well ... the nightly happy hour was quite unexpected and again, complimentary ... the pools layout and building design was unique and interesting... the staff were always friendly and interactive... the soft, perfect sand of Eagle Beach was only about a twenty minute walk away.... Splash had great, thick burgers and the outdoor restaurant prepared their foods very well especially the tuna dishes.... our family enjoyed everything about the Embassy and we very much want to return soon...Roy Chubb...Toronto
