Mixed Experience – Disappointed with Front Desk Service We had a mixed experience during our stay. The bellhop and housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk team. Every interaction we had with them, from check-in to check-out, was marked by rudeness and a complete lack of warmth. Upon checking out, the staff member didn’t ask how our stay was or offer a simple farewell—just handed us a receipt with no acknowledgment or courtesy. For a stay that cost us over $6,000, we expected at least a basic level of customer service and professionalism. My family and I have stayed at Embassy Suites for many years and have always had good experiences, but this visit left us disappointed and disheartened. Kind, friendly service can make all the difference—and sadly, it was missing here. We won’t be returning to this location.

The property is great close to all entertainment and staff is very helpful and friendly. Room service would take a little longer to clean our room. We were on the 5th floor. Sometimes we would come back and the room was not clean yet. We just wanted to relax and we would have to leave to get room service and fresh towels. Over all great hotel!

We went with family and we had a blast! The hotel is well maintained and super clean, also very quite. The inconvenience couls be The hotel is 25 min walk to interest points but since they offer chair rents for the beach, afternoon happy hours and breakfast included it compensate the position. We can not wait to go back, also the beach is very private because it is not ine of tge best but still beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. I especially want to thank the food service team, and in particular Elisa, who made my mornings extra special. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and was always so helpful during breakfast. Her positive attitude truly made a difference and helped make my stay even better. One suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could offer more activities for families. That would really enhance the experience, especially for those traveling with kids. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you again to Elisa and the rest of the staff!
