It is a beautiful unit that has large bedrooms and a great exterior space, situated in a great location near the heart of Palm Beach. There's ample parking, it was nicely decorated, and the pool grounds are excellent. Po-Ke Ono is located on the property and I'd highly recommend it. It's close to the beach as well.We did experience a series of issues during our stay and communication from our host/the front desk was slow at best. There was also information not provided at the outset that would have alleviated some of these issues.We had trouble with the north side exterior door, the lock on the south side main door, we had a toilet jam twice and the air conditioning in one of the guest bedrooms leaked from the ceiling. Further, the safe in our unit reported low battery and worked 25% of the time. Later, the front door lock reported low battery. The outdoor shower also didn't work consistently.Each of these issues by themselves were inconvenient though not catastrophic. However, despite it being a holiday week, response time from our host was slow and communication between the front desk and the host was clearly lacking. The toilet was fixed and the air conditioning unit was fixed, but given the communication issues, there wasn't a high degree of confidence that issues would be resolved quickly.Everyone was friendly, from the security staff to the front desk. My hope is these issues can be ironed out for future guests to ensure a smoother stay!
