The property was great. Manager of this property was a wonderful warming welcome person. We were able to ask for advice where to eat good and not expensive food and any other inquiries we had Saymore was more then happy to help. We connected right away since he had been in Canada for a while and took care of us really good. The apartment was very spacious and was very clean. We enjoyed our first day in Aruba lot and the place we stayed actually made it all happen.

Nice Place, but not Ideal for Kids We recently stayed at a two-story apartment on the second floor of this hotel, and while the space was overall nice, I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children. Our kids, aged 3 and 6, had to be especially careful on the stairs, particularly after using the swimming pool when their feet were wet. The cleanliness of the floors was also a concern, especially since we were accustomed to all-inclusive options. The sandy floors remained dirty throughout our stay, and the beach towels were not changed during our visit. The only option is to wash the prpvided towels for $8 in a public facility. Though the building manager kindly provided us with clean towels upon request, we didn't expect to have to deal with this kind of inconvenience while vacationing with young kids. Additionally, the hotel did not provide much for beach outings—just a cooler, with no beach chairs, kids’ toys, or even basic toiletries like shampoo or conditioner. Be prepared to bring everything you might need yourself. The only provisions provided were dish soap (no dishwasher), hand soap, paper towels, and standard towels. Overall, while the place has its charm, we don't plan to return until our children are older and more capable of handling the various challenges this hotel presented. Also, don’t forget to rent a car.

Seymore is the best answers every text in a timely matter. Very accommodating. We had a great time, even got some laundry done on premise prior to coming home.

This is a nice small-scale apartment complex, close to amenities and beach. The place was well maintained and clean and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go here again.

The property was clean and very convenient to shopping for food as well as access to the festive activities and beaches. Seymour, our host was excellent. He was professional, had a very pleasant personality. He responded to any concerns immediately. The only complaint was that the second floor air conditioner didn't work the first night. Seymour addressed and corrected the issue immediately. Also better lighting is needed on the outer upstairs apartment. I would highly recommend this prperty. We stayed here for a week and would stay here again.
