The Space:

This Sojourn is an ideal & comfortable home custom designed for a family retreat. This is a 4 bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps 9 people.



Kitchen: Hardwood floors throughout the first floor, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home.



Living Room: Arrive to an expansive open living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. The comfortable sectional sofa fits everyone for movie night and is a great place to unwind from those beach days. Visiting in cooler months, you can warm up by the fireplace in the living room while you enjoy our abundance of throw blankets.



Dining Area: The dining table easily seats the entire family and there is additional bar stool seating at the expansive kitchen island.



Bedrooms: Plan to indulge yourself in real goose down comforters, hand picked feather and gel pillows, blackout curtains in all of the bedrooms. Two of the bedroom feature comfortable queen-sized beds and the other two have two king beds (one of which is two twins pushed together and can be seperated to accomodate children), plus plenty of storage for your belongings. Bright and inviting during the day, they’re also set up for a restful night’s sleep.



Bathrooms: Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll find spacious showers, tubs, and both in one, luxury brand Frette towels, and complimentary toiletries to make packing a little lighter. There’s a hairdryer, plenty of counter space, and good lighting for getting ready. We also provide extra essentials like premium Lather shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can settle right in and feel at home.



Balconies: Enjoy the private balconies, with comfy bright seating, a table, and an area rug. The perfect retreat for coffee, a beverage, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.



Parking: The home offers complimentary parking in the four-car driveway and garage.



Amenities: Families will love the swing, beach chairs and supplies, kiddie pool, and fishing pole.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
