Lack of customer service
Upon checkin at 6:00 pm, we went up to our room on the 6th floor and it wasn’t cleaned. So they gave us a different room on the 3rd floor. I get it, people smoke pot. But the room smelled really bad. Not only did it stink like weed but it smelled like vomit as well. The front desk said that they sprayed the room and can come back and spray again. So they moved us back to our original room and the toilet was not cleaned. (I won’t go into detail) so the maintenance guys comes up and cleans it. That was appreciated. Come to find out he was the one that had to clean the room prior to us moving in. We chose to leave early and upon checkout the manager Tracy would yell from her desk in the office behind the front desk and not come out to talk to us in person. What kind of customer service is that? We cannot recommend this hotel due to cleanliness, smell, and lack of customer service professionalism.

Too dirty to enjoy our stay
Just SO dirty we left after first night (originally staying 3). Hair & dust dirt etc, sticky kitchen table, didn’t walk around without shoes. View was incredible, but not worth staying in such a dirty room. If it was deep cleaned it would be good, it looked good online in pictures, but gross in person
