After reserving a king suite and arriving at the hotel, the desk staff informed us that the suite was not available and that we would receive a “slight downgrade”. There was nothing slight about said downgrade. The room that we were given was in a different building and was very small with bare minimum amenities. Several lights did not function, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, cobwebs hung from the lights in the hallway, and everything in the room itself was dingy. Not impressed whatsoever, especially since Tapestry Collection hotels are usually quite nice. I cannot recommend this hotel if you aren’t prepared to gamble with what room they will decide to give you despite your reservation.

The worst hotel stay ever!!! The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldn’t bring to us.She said that she couldn’t leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone to come but it was 8:30 am.We had to remove the water ourselves.The lady hung up the phone on and didn’t offer no compensation for the hassle and headache we endured.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

You have to be ready to do some walking around the property, but that was the point when it was built. One of the better kept older places that we’ve stay at in a while!

The room was a bit of a walk but the room was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful! For the restaurants, there are 2, one is fancy and beautiful and the other was regular fare food with a few menu items. Was really good! Wish they had Prime to watch football but our stay was short anyway. Beautiful location and have already recommended it!
