Would never stay here again. The hallways smelled like pee, the couch/pullout bed had to be 50 years old and there was hair all over the mattress, the extra blanket in the room was filthy you could tell it wasn’t washed just folded up and put in the drawer, our bathroom door had what looked to be feces smeared on it, the tiles were broken up in the bathroom, the microwave took 10 mins to cook ramen, the sink handle was broken off. Would not stay here or recommend.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is awful. Room was dirty, refrigerator barely worked, water leaked on the floor from under the sink. Hotel was noisy people were smoking marijuanna everywhere. Someone took a sh*t in the stairwell. The elevator floor felt like it was going to fall in. There was a shooting one block away. Worst place we ever stayed in. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but we left after the first night. We only got reimbursed for 2 nights because we missed the check out time by one hour. We were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t know to stay away from 17th st on Atlantic Avenue. Do your self a favor and look about 5 blocks north or higher. You will thank me.

Rooms need to be updated badly, the way the bathroom is laid out is very uncomfortable. Floors were pretty dirty and we were never brought clean towels during our stay. Had to go to front desk if you wanted anything.

Limited parking

I booked 2 nights ended up staying one. I booked a room that was for 6, never in anywhere i read, did it say that it was 1 parking per room. I took 2 cars had to struggle with parking the other car in other places, would have been nice to know that in advance, not until i got there. Usually room service( cleaning) comes the next day and offers towels and cleaning the room unless otherwise noted or so ive expirienced in Other hotels.They did not.

Location is prime!

The hotel just needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards, cabinets, grout were all dirty. We brought our own cleaning products luckily and we cleaned to our standards. Other than that, its right on the beach! Location is perfect!

We paid for the in room Jacuzzi and could not use it due to mold coating the inside of the jets. It would spray out mold every time we tried to clean and run it because it was so bad. However, the front desk agent was very understanding of our complaint and offered us to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the other available jacuzzi suite had the same problem. The GM did offer us 20% off of our stay because of this. Overall, the cleanliness is seriously lacking but the staff was kind and accommodating.

THE VIEW!

Being an off season stay, this hotel was very affordable. Every room has an oceanfront view and it is centrally located along Atlantic Avenue with on site parking. Customer Service was great. I was on the 3rd floor so I prefer the stairs but that was the one area that felt out of place with odor and trash.
