This home features:

This home is modern. It is a five-minute drive to Wallaroo Jetty and boat ramp. It is situated in a very quiet area and just a five-minute walk to North Beach.
Close to new children's playground.

There are three external security cameras clearly displayed, specifically for the security of the property and all stakeholders. These can be turned off if requested.

Please take care of TV remotes. If lost, they have to be paid for. Have lost two already and they were never found.
Air conditioners are NOT TO BE SET BELOW 21'C even on the hottest days. This prevents breakdowns - impossible to get contractors in warmer months.

Highly recommended

There was 8 of us and we found it to be just the right size. We could all do our own thing if we wanted to or participate in group activities. Close to North Beach and there was a park not far from us for the kids to go and play. Can't recommend it more highly.

Tidy home, good fencing and yard for dogs if needed. Had everything that anyone could need to make your break stress free and relaxed Excellent communication with owner who was more than helpful. 5 minute walk to the beach! Highly recommended!

Nice base for a few days

The property was suitable and well equipped. There was no outside tap which forced us to clean sand off in the house. Outside area furniture was not that inviting and the decorations on the walls made the place look busy. However, it served us well as a place to base ourselves and the location was great.

Mostly ok, tidy, roomy, enough utensils and mainly everything supplied.....

As I mentioned, everything mostly good, except a few items need a bit of concerned.....one exhaust fan not working, some window without fly screen, and hot water tank not enough for our 8 people used but didn't mentioned before hand, one person got cold while showering halfway with hot water ended that really need to be mentioned when renting to a large group of people next time. Apart from those, a medium to higher rating can be assigned....

Good stay

House is clean and tidy and interesting with lots of decor. Quiet street. Owner accommodation changes to our booking with no problems. We had a few probs with the front tv but communication with owner resolved things. Lovely walks to the beach each morning.

Our puppy and we stayed

A clean and well presented house with lots of mixed display items. The big backyard was brilliant for our dog. We all had a great time there.
