It wasnt terrible but runned down. Rug were disgusting. Tub was stained. Broken fixtures in bathrrom. Guy that runs it is nice but I wont stay there again.

The property was under construction and was noisy the hallways had plastic and room had mold. We left and did not stay there. The man at the desk was very kind and apologetic. He sent us a refund.

NOT CLEAN

The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient but the hotel is not clean or well maintained. Our room had visibly dirty walls and baseboards, stained furniture, torn curtains, and many flying insects (likely due to a broken window screen). There was a lot of construction going on during our stay so hopefully they are making an effort to upgrade.

Mid-Week Deal

Overall our room was comfortable which lead to a good night sleep. We had a couple of small issues, like the battery went dead on the electronic door lock so we couldn't open the door for a while, we had ants in the room and the hotel didn't have elevators so not an easy unload and load from the upper floors. We had to switch to a room on the 1st floor which was convenient to the pool, ice machine & the free buffet breakfast. We actually wanted to stay an extra night but Friday was double the price of a mid-week stay, so we headed home. I felt like the hotel should have given us a better price but insisted on maximizing profit. Part of the hotel is under renovations so I'd like to try one of the newly renovated rooms the next time we come to North Conway.

Do not stay here

Black mold along floorboards, nasty bath/shower, floor was busted up, building smelled awful, this place was just disgusting. Walls are paper thin.

This property needs an update. The tile ceiling in the bathroom were rusting, damaged, and the fan was very loud and did not appear to be in good repair. The tub was very stained and dingy. The hygiene products were low end and not something I would use. The breakfast was marginal and not good quality.

The rooms are nice, but there was one issue I could not overlook. The amenities in the room were all used by the previous guest and not replaced. (Lotion, Body Wash & Shampoo). Since they were mostly full, I wondered if this was the property's way of saving money. I was put off by this, probably will not return on my next trip to North Conway, NH.

I've stayed in 100s of hotels this place was disgusting. Didn't want to even take my shoes off and walk on the carpet. Found a needle on the floor and the blow dryer was covered in someone else's hair. And woke up to the smell of cigarettes each morning. Will not be staying here ever again and don't recommend anyone else does.
