The home is 17 miles to the Fort Myers beach and easy drive to the offshore islands of Sanibel , Captiva .
This newly renovated home is fully equipped for family style gatherings with stainless steel kitchen, wet bar, tile floor & granite throughout home. King size bed in master with full on suite and oversized shower and california closet.
Outdoor fire pit and oversized .40 acre on cul de sac for quiet and fun family time.
