Beautiful freshly remodeled and brand new furnished 2 bedroom /2 bathroom condo. Enjoy lovely sunsets and view of downtown Ft Myers from 2nd floor (top floor) lanai. 2018 upgraded; new kitchen with cabinets, granite, and fixtures. Soaring vaulted ceiling in living/dining area. New plank flooring and fresh paint. Tiled entry, kitchen, and baths. Have coffee and enjoy sunrise from outside patio. All new furnishings throughout includes 2 new queen beds and furniture, new leather sofa and love seat, dining set. Just minutes to beautiful downtown Ft Myers for lunch, cocktails dinner or night life. Admiralty Yacht Club includes peaceful and lovely landscaped grounds, very nice community pool, and tennis courts and clubhouse, fishing from private pier; manatee sightings, too. Please note due to condo association rules, no pick up trucks are allowed.

even chilly weather could not ruin this wonderful vacation condo.

This condo is an environment of relaxation, clean and lovely/tasteful decorating, beautiful and soothing water views of the Caloosahatchee river....responsive and helpful hosts ...safe and friendly surroundings great neighborhood/neighbors...well equipped kitchen, and dependable WiFi...what's not to love? Weather was a little chilly for swimming or kayaking, but perfect for golf. We loved our stay! Hope to enjoy Jan here again next year.

One of the nicest & cleanest condos with awesome water views.

The photos of this condo are accurate but don't begin to do it as much justice as it deserves. It's actually nicer. Greg and Robin were helpful and friendly hosts, and their manager, Merry, and her sister, Terry were a joy to know. The bed in mstr bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare and enjoy meals. I usually have to spend a few hours cleaning a rental before I'll even unpack our suitcases....but this place was clean, clean, clean. I didn't even have to wipe out the refrigerator before I bought groceries. The Lanai, and the mstr bedroom faced a canal that opened to the Caloosahatchee River and the 2nd floor view was outstanding. Even on rainy days. We truly were able to relax here and enjoy our vacation. It was a bit pricey, but the location was so ideal for us for golf, kayaking, dining and groceries, and/or just relaxing at their heated community pool....well, sometimes you just can't put a price on all that.!

Wonderful Oasis

It's a wonderful quiet and friendly community with a great pool! The condo was clean and had many amenities! It was spacious and very comfortable! Loved thatbwe coukd see the river and the canal from our lanai! Would definitely come back! Thank you Greg and Robin!

Worth it

Traveling for work for Hurricane Ian and this place was perfect! Greg was great at communicating ! They didn’t raise their prices and it’s such a peaceful ,quiet safe place to stay, very comfortable, will book again !

Post hurricane

The owners were very helpful during a difficult time. I was working with hurricane response and the owners were able to provide a clean and orderly location to work out of, even had Wi-Fi back up immediately after the storm. The location is very good, easy to get around the FT Myers area. Close to the water, nice screened porch.

Amazing place great weather

We loved being at Greg and Robins condo. We had remote workers, a golfer and a toddler. They have something for everyone. We ate in and ate at some great restaurants downtown Ft Myers. The smokin pit was a favorite.

Amazing Find!

Exceptional views, grounds, and neighbor hood. Owners and property manager so accommodating. Condo very nice and comfortable. Great location for any day trips in SW Florida. Would love to stay here again!

Great vacation

Loved our stay at this condo. Beautiful view and property. Our kids loved the pool. Was very clean and nicely decorated. The only downfall was there was no Wi-Fi, which was a bit inconvenient for us. All in all we had a great time and would definitely consider staying there again.

CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN

We really enjoyed our vacation stay in this fantastic condo. The weather was surprisingly beautiful for mid-November. Most of the time we did not even need to turn on the A/C. All the rooms had ceiling fans, and we just left the doors open and enjoyed the pleasant breeze. This condo has the most beautiful view overlooking the marina/river and downtown Ft. Myers. It has been recently updated with all new furnishings. And it is spotlessly clean. Mary, the property manager, is close-by in case there are any problems. Greg, the owner, is also very easy to work with. There were absolutely no problems at all and we are looking forward to a future stay!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

The condo was very newly updated and very well decorated. It was in a great location with lots of places to grocery shop and eat. It was very nice to have a balcony over looking the water also. Greg was perfect to communicate with and very accommodating. Merry was very sweet and super helpful. No complaints what so ever!! Would definitely stay again.
