No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.

Stunning retreat dressed in superior style! This distinctive second floor villa has over 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space, with custom upscale furnishings throughout. There are two spacious bedrooms, a great room open to the kitchen and dining areas, and covered lanai overlooking a huge pond with flowing fountains to add to your pleasure and total relaxation.

The great room is stylish and bright with an open floor plan design making it perfect for gatherings and dining so everyone can enjoy the fun together. A handsome and comfortable sofa and 2 big chairs highlight the living area positioned so that everyone may enjoy the entertainment center, complete with a big flat screen TV and DVD player. The sofa also converts into an easy pull out queen sleeper if you need extra space for children. Enjoy a night in and prepare your meal in the full size well stocked kitchen. Dine in complete comfort seated at the pretty dining table. You may also enjoy grilling out by the pool and dining under the stars. It is your choice!

The master suite is impressively prepared with a lovely king size bed creating a true relaxation oasis. A private bath, with a tub and shower enclosure, adjoins the master suite, which also features a dresser, another TV for late night TV viewing and a walk in closet.

The beautiful second bedroom has another queen bed, full closet, chest of drawers and another TV . A second full bath accommodates the second bedroom and visiting guests. The laundry room is conveniently located off the foyer. No need to take home anything dirty.

Remember too, we furnish everything including linens, towels, and an amazing array of starter kitchen, bath and laundry amenities. The Willow Bend pool is just steps from the villa and our guests are welcome at the Main Resort pool on the waterway by the marina. Our seasonal shuttle will pick you up at the community entrance and have you to the oceanfront in just minutes! Unhappy visitor

This property would be ideal for golfers playing nearby but we found it too inconvenient for our needs. The condo is clean but has too much junk. The master vanity sucks and the process used to retrieve the door key is ridiculous. Get in the current century and put an electronic lock on the door.

Great Barefoot Landing Condo!!

This condo is soooo cute! The condo looks just like the photos. We have stayed at Barefoot Landing before and this was probably our best stay yet. The condo is immaculate!
